Overview :

Live the history through this extended visit starting with on looking beautiful architecture of the Mughal and Modern India of Delhi and Agra. Start off your journey of the imperial Rajasthan with the bird paradise of Bharatpur and a jungle safari through the Tiger Reserve of India- Ranthambhore. Tour the places that narrate tales of valour to romancing the palaces and the lakes of Udaipur. The passage to the massive citadel of Kumbhalgarh of the Mewar dynasty followed by Bikaner heightens the excitement. Have a breakfast at the green oasis of Mount Abu and set off towards the deserts of the Marwar - with Jodhpur and Jaisalmer in the heart of the Thar. Drive through the painted Havelis of Mandawa and enjoy a guided tour through the splendid pink city of Jaipur.

Itinerary

Day 01 : Delhi Arrival
Highlights: Arrival transfer  

On arrival at Delhi International Airport you will be greeted by our representative & transferred to your pre – booked hotel. Relax & rejuvenate yourself at hotel.

Day 02 : Delhi
Highlights: Chandni Chowk, Raj Ghat  

Establish your morning with a guided tour of Old Delhi. Starting with Raj Ghat, where India’s son Mahatma Gandhi cremated. Visit the largest mosque in India known as Jama Masjid.

Take a rickshaw ride in narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk, old bazaar of Delhi. From here we ahead to Red Fort, built by emperor Shah Jahan in 17th century & labeled by UNESCO as world heritage site.

Post lunch you will be taken for a tour to New Delhi planned by Sir Edwin Lutyens.Visit the Humayun’s Tomb , memorial of Mughal Emperor Humayun, built in 16th century & renowned as World Heritage Site.  Our next attraction will be Qutub Minar, the tallest minaret of world & a perfect example of Indo-Islamic architecture & listed in UNESCO’s world heritage site.

Also visit the India Gate & President House, the official residence of President of India. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03 : Delhi – Agra (4 Hrs)
Highlights: Agra Fort, Tajmahal  

After a leisurely breakfast lead to Agra. The home of Taj. Upon arrival check in at hotel.

Later in the afternoon take a guided tour to the visit of Agra Fort, the majestic fort of red sandstone stands on the banks of river Yamuna.

At the dusk visit the magnificent TAJ MAHAL, one of the seven wonders of the world. Built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan is a perfect example of most extravagant love.

Evening free to explore the local streets. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04 : Agra – Bharatpur (1 hour)
Highlights: Fatehpur Sikri, National park  

Morning check out from hotel & drive to Bharatpur on the way visiting Fatehpur Sikri, knowns as Ghost Capital. Visit the tomb of Salim Chishti, Akbar’s residential complex.

Later drive to Bharatpur, The eastern gateway of Rajasthan, a paradise for bird lovers & the home of Keoladeo National Park, the park is listed in UNESCO’s world heritage list. Upon arrival check in at hotel & overnight stay.

Day 05 : Bharatpur – Ranthambhore (4 Hrs)
Highlights: Rickshaw ride in national park  

Morning take a rickshaw ride in Bharatpur National Park, the home of 375 amazing bird species. 

Tiger calling....Drive to Ranthamhore, not only a national park it’s a ideal home for tigers & variant type of species, a superior example of Tiger Reserve in India. Upon arrival check in at hotel & stay overnight.

Day 06 : Ranthambhore
Highlights: Jeep / Canter ride  

Take an early morning 3-4 hour game drive in canter or jeep to view the Great Indian Tiger. Come back to hotel & after freshen up start for evening jungle safari in National Park. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07 : Ranthambhore – Kota (3 Hrs)
Highlights: Chambal Garden, Madho Singh Museum  

After a sumptuous breakfast leave Tiger’s Paradise for Kota, the historical city renowned for its heritage buildings & rich culture. On arrival in Kota check in at hotel.

Get ready for city tour of Kota including Chambal Garden, the lush green garden. Maharaj Madho Singh Museum, the government museum houses of Rajput Paintings & other valuable antiques. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08 : Kota – Bijaipur (3 Hrs)
Highlights: Chittorgarh Fort, Victory Tower  

On Day 8 we will drive to Bijaipur enroute visit Chittorgarh. Chittor the tales of valor & romance. Abode of various palaces & temples. Visit the largest fort of India Chittorgarh Fort, Victory Tower (Vijay Stambh) The Tower of Fame (Kirti Stambh), Padmini Palace & Kalika Mata Temple.

Later head straight to Bijaipur, a small tiny village famous for its large castle. Upon arrival in check in at hotel. You can opt for various activites in fort. Overnight at hotel.

Day 09 : Bijaipur – Udaipur (3 Hrs)
Highlights: The Lake city  

After a hearty breakfast leave Bijaipur & drive to Udaipur, a romantic city of Rajasthan, also familiar as Lake City. Upon arrival check in at hotel. Evening free to rambling around local streets. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10 : Udaipur
Highlights: Pichola Lake, Jagdish Temple  

Morning after breakfast left yourself in depth of charm. Start your tour to visit the City Palace, built by Maharana Udai Singh on the bank of Pichola Lake, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion-ki-Bari (Gardens of the maids of Honor).

Later in the evening enjoy boat cruise on Lake Pichola. After a busy day come back to your hotel & rejuvenate yourself. Overnight at hotel.

Day 11 : Udaipur – Kumbhalgarh
Highlights: Kumbhalgarh Fort  

Check out from the hotel & switch yourself on the passage of Kumbhalgarh, a wary sentinel of Rajasthan & famous for its massive fort. Upon arrival check in at hotel.

Plunge yourself into the visit of Kumbhalgarh Fort, is one of the 84 citadels of Mewar Dynasty & constructed in 15th century. It is the birth place of great Maharana Pratap. One can visit the Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary to see the Sloth Bear, Antelope & other species. Ovenright at hotel.

Day 12 : Kumbhalgarh – Mount Abu (3 Hrs)
Highlights: Dilwara Jain Temples, Nakki Lake  

After breakfast drive to Mount Abu, the only hill station of Rajasthan & green oasis in the desert land. Nestled mainly around a lake & surrounded by forests. Upon arrival in Mount Abu check in at hotel.

Establish your day by visiting Dilwara Jain Temples, these temples are one of a kind in the world & the architectural wonder of 11th & 13thcentury, made of white marble with intricate carvings. Visit the Gaumukh Temple & Nakki Lake. Evening opt for sunset point. Overnight at hotel.

Day 13 : Mount Abu – Jodhpur (5 Hrs)
Highlights: The Blue city  

Desert calling ! After a hearty breakfast leave for Jodhpur, at the edge of Desert was once the capital of strong & powerful kingdom Marwar, also called as Blue City of India. Upon arrival check in at hotel & unwind yourself in hotel.

Day 14 : Jodhpur
Highlights: Mehrangarh Fort, Bishnoi Village  

Spend the day visiting Mehrangarh Fort, most imposing fort of India & houses of excellent museum. Visit Jaswant Thada – A cenotaph of the rulers of Jodhpur built in lucid white marble & Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum.

In the afternoon take Jeep Safari to Guda Bishnoi Village, a locality of the race who firmly believe to protect their surroundings & loves nature. See the tribal colore & rural cultural grandeur of villagers. Come back to Jodhpur & overnight at hotel.

Day 15 : Jodhpur – Jaisalmer (5 Hrs)
Highlights: The Great Indian Desert  

After breakfast check out from hotel & drive to Jaisalmer in the heart of Thar “The Great Indian Desert" Upon arrival check in at hotel & overnight at hotel for relax.

Day 16 : Jaisalmer
Highlights: Jaisalmer Fort, Gadisar Lake  

Start your day with sightseeing of Jaisalmer Fort, built on the top of the hill. Made of sand stones & famous as Sonar Quilla, excellent example of Rajput architecture. Visit the Gadisar Lake & several sculptured havelis (mansions) of merchants.

Later in the afternoon drive to Sam (40 kms from Jaisalmer) Enjoy the sunset camel ride through the sand dunes & dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 17 : Jaisalmer – Bikaner (6 Hrs)
Highlights: Camel breeding farm  

After breakfast check out from hotel & drive to Bikaner, renowned for the best riding camels in the world. Upon arrival check in at hotel. In the afternoon head out for Camel breeding farm – one of its kind in Asia & famous for camel breeding. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 18 : Bikaner – Mandawa (3 Hrs)
Highlights: Junagarh Fort, Lallgarh Palace, Rat Temple  

Begin your day by visiting The Junagarh Fort built in 1611 AD, is one of the few forts built on top of the hill, also visit the Lallgarh Palace museum & Karni Mata Temple Deshnok (Rat Temple)

Later drive to Mandawa, the town of painted havelis (mansions) Upon arrival check in at hotel & stay overnight.

Day 19 : Mandawa – Jaipur (4 Hrs)
Highlights: fresco painted havelis  

Establish your morning with a guided tour to fresco painted havelis of Mandawa, Dundlod & Nawalgarh. Post lunch drive to Jaipur famous as Pink City. Upon arrival check in at hotel & stay overnight.

Day 20 : Jaipur
Highlights: Amber Fort, Elephant ride  

After breakfast in the morning you will be taken for Amber Fort, the majestic fort located at the top of Aravali Hills. Take a short ride on elephant’s back to reach at the fort, an overwhelming experience.

Come back to the city & visit the City Palace, a perfection of Rajput & Mughal architecture, Palace of Winds popular as Hawa Mahal, a five storied building built in 1799 to enable the royal ladies to view the outside life & world. Later opt for Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory. 

Day 21 : Jaipur – Delhi (5 Hrs)
Highlights: Departure transfer  

Your itinerary stands on last day ! Morning drive towards Delhi & transfer to Delhi International Airport to board flight for onward journey.
