The day 2 of your tour begins with a city tour of Chennai. Visit the Art and Bronze Gallery (Closed on Fridays and Public holidays), Fort St. George Museum – built in 1653 during British Reign in India. Marina Beach – one of the loveliest beach in world, Santhome Cathedral and Kapaleswara Temple.
Later set yourself on the drive of Kanchipuram, the city of thousand temples & considered as second holiest city of India. In city one will find the beautiful art & carvings on temples. Apart from temples Kanchipuram also famous for its silk weavers. Here in Kanchipuram we will visit the Kailasanathar Temple, Deverajaswamy Temple and Kamakshi Amman temple. One can visit the handloom factories which produce the world famous silk sarees. Return to Chennai for overnight stay.

After a hearty breakfast drive to Pondichery enroute visiting Mahabalipuram, the ancient port of Pallava Dynasty located on the shores of Bay of Bengal. Visit the Five Rathas, a group of five monolithic temples. The Shore Temple & The Tiger’s cave.
Post visit drive to Pondicherry, a French twist of India, was formed out by French colonials in 1962. Pondicherry is a union territory that have different administrative division. Reach Pondicherry & check in at hotel.
In afternoon establish your day with visit to Aurobindo Ashram the place where Shri Aurobindo & Mother lived for their most time of life. Visit the Auroville a international village founded about 10 kms away from Pondi. The name ‘Auroville’ means where men and women of all countries, all religions, all nationalities can live in peace or can progress beyond the limits.
Visit the Sacred Heart Church, built by French Missionaries in 1700’s neo-gothic style. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

After a hearty breakfast leave for Tanjore, also known as Thanjavur was once the capital of Chola dynasty. Referred as rice bowl of Tamil Nadu & houses of many more sculptures which are world famous & listed in UNESCO. On arrival in Tanjore check in at hotel.
Day reserved for the sightseeing of Tanjore. Visit the famous Brihadishwara Temple built more than 1000 years ago & listed in UNESCO’s world heritage site. The temple dedicated to Lord Shiva & also boasts of large number of wonderful frescoes.
Visit the Saraswathi Mahal Library, one of the few surviving medieval libraries of the world & famous for its collection of manuscripts of Indian & European languages on paper & palm leaves. Also visit the Art Gallery. Overnight at hotel.

After the morning breakfast leave for Madurai enroute visiting Trichy, situtated on the banks of river Cauvery & was the city of Cholas in early & later fell to Pallavas. On arrival in Trichy you will visit Rock Fort temple, built on the height of 83 mts. from ground level & constructed about 3800 year ago world’s oldest.
Later straight head to Madurai known as Athens of East & founded more than 2500 years ago. Upon your arrival in Madurai check in at hotel.
In the afternoon proceed for sightseeing of Madurai which includes the visit to Meenakshi Temple – the main attraction of town which was formed out 2000 years ago in the heart of town, a splendid example of Dravidian architecture. The temple museum has 985 richly carved pillars and each one surpasses the other in beauty. Stay overnight at hotel.

A Spiritual Journey comes to end. After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Madurai Airport to board flight for onward journey.
