City Palace

City Palace of Jaipur is a leading attractive palace in Rajasthan. The royal family in Jaipur is still in existence and they are noted as successor of Maharaja Sawai Man Singh. If we talk about city palace, it is the only palace which is still the residence of the royal family. The other forts and palaces are abandoned and are used just as for tourism purpose undertaken by Rajasthan government, except City Palace. The City Palace is divided into two major Mahals; the Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal. The entire complex of City Palace is worth to visit and check for shopping centers, museums and even the royal residence. The palace gets open every morning for tourists with some amount of entrance fees. Best season to visit Jaipur and its palaces are from October to March to have a comfortable tour.
